In the last five years there has been a boom in the e-discovery market resulting in a demand for litigation support professionals within corporate legal departments and law firms. As the nation's leading search firm in the legal technology market, we know that finding qualified candidates to fit into these roles is not an easy task. There is a war for talent.

The Cowen Group Salary Survey is designed to help human resource departments and hiring managers to better understand what it takes to hire and retain qualified candidates in this growing market. The survey was conducted by researching AMLAW 200 firms, Fortune 500 corporations and vendors in the legal space. This survey was conducted via phone interviews and includes data from more than 500 law firm human resource managers, CIOs and firm-wide directors of litigation support.

Until now, this coveted information has only been available to select professional clients and associates of The Cowen Group. The survey is now public and provides much needed data to help companies and firms hire and retain top talent.
