Overview
AmLaw 100 firm is seeking an attorney to join their growing eDiscovery team. This person should have at least 5 years of litigation experience and should be well versed in the Federal Rules of Civil Procedures and case law pertaining to eDiscovery.

Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing preservation plans
- Responding to e-discovery requests, undertaking meet and confer
negotiations
- Developing discovery plans, arguing motions, managing vendor
relationships
- Developing strategy related to attorney review, conducting internal
investigations
- Preparing record managers and IT personnel for depositions
- Managing technical and forensic experts and presenting expert
testimony
- Counseling clients on litigation readiness, collection of ESI, digital
forensics
- Information governance issues related to data security, privacy, and
records management.
Requirements:
- 6-10 years of litigation experience and 1-4 years of eDiscovery
experience
- Strong familiarity with and understanding of enterprise information
technology systems
- Formal or informal IT / Computer Science experience, technical
certification and/or education is strongly desired
- Experience working with nationally recognized eDiscovery vendors and
forensic experts is desired
- Consulting or large firm experience is also desired
