Leading service provider seeks a Senior Litigation Project Manager in Philadelphia area to manage specific litigation projects and assignments through effective client relationship management and the efficient use and knowledge of internal quality control processes and production capacities.

Responsibilities:

• Establishes a true consulting relationship with law firm and corporate clients on best practices of document discovery from collection to production.
• Effectively manage client expectations within the parameters of our processing capacities
• Create specifications for internal use to manage client projects and perform quality control processes

Requirements:

• A Minimum of ten (10) years project management experience
• Knowledge of litigation software such as Concordance, Summation, Ipro and Opticon is highly desirable as well as previous experience in litigation scanning and processing
• A Bachelors degree in Business Management, Communications or related field along with a minimum of 3 years experience in Litigation Support / E-Discovery in a law firm or vendor environment is required.
• Proven organizational skills and attention to detail along with ability to manage tasks in high capacity environment with strict deadlines for completion
• Demonstrated ability to effectively manage expectations of both the client and staff in accurately completing projects and related assignments
• Highly service oriented with strong communications skills
